A Notary Is Available At All Times The individual(s) who are executing their signature(s) on the document must:     1.  Be physically present.     2.  Present a valid driver's license, state issued ID, or passport or that reflects the individual's signature.     3.  If a multi-page document, you must bring the entire document. The cost is $5.00 per notary seal.
